Please contact us right away should you have any issues with your purchase. We stand behind our products and will work with you to ensure you're fully satisfied with the purchase. Please email us at resha@zenrox.ca along with your purchase order.Â
If you aren’t satisfied with our products or simply change your mind you can exchange/return the items within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked! Either ship the items back or drop it off at one of our drop off locations. See options below based on your country.

RETURN OPTIONS FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Option #1 - Mail back the original package (at consumer’s cost) to 10 Nevets Drive, Brampton ON L6T 5T2 Canada
The cost of the items & taxes will be refunded. Original shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. If you were eligible for free shipping then an $8 flat fee will be deducted from your total.
Option #2 - Drop off items at one of our drop of locations:Â

What if your bracelet breaks or gets stretched out?
Within 60 days of purchase, you may return the item or send it back to us for repair free of charge. After 60 days you can mail back the items for a repair free of $8 per bracelet. All shipping fees must be paid by the consumer or drop-off locations can be utilized. It is best to contact us at resha@zenrox.ca to work out the best possible solution.
GiftsÂ
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.Â
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.Â
ShippingÂ
To return your product, you should first email us at resha@zenrox.ca and we will work out an arrangement.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.Â
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
